Beautiful well-appointed new construction pool-side studio with private patio in one of the most saught-after new developments in Grace Bay. Z-ONE – Residences is a private gated community, minutes-walk to Grace Bay center – shopping and many restaurants and Grace Bay Beach. Located on first floor with direct patio door access to pool from condo (two steps down and you are at pool)
The space
Very relaxed and at ease condo – well furnished. Queen size bed, equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher along with washer and dryer). Kitchen seating for two, large luxe sofa and dedicated work area that has DIRECT access to pool, along poolside tables and seating. Barbecue/grilling area, facility and pool-house with changing area and bathroom. If you want a great place to hang out and relax poolside and or walk to Grace Bay beach this is your place. First floor studio – condo poolside with access from unit directly to pool. Parking is onsite and development is gated. Also, we have two beach chairs that come with rental.
